Wedding Coordinator

Sydney Wedding Coordinator -
Enjoy Your Wedding Day Stress-Free

Why hire a professional wedding coordinator?

A dedicated wedding coordinator makes the final weeks and the big day smoother, calmer, and more fun!

Yes, you’ll have a venue coordinator, but their main focus is the venue—not your wedding.
They manage the space, food and drinks, and make sure your schedule doesn’t conflict with their services.
Some venues offer more support, others t00 as much.

A wedding coordinator, on the other hand, is your personal planning guide from start to finish.
They help with timelines, logistics, and vendor management, support your guests,
and handle any last-minute surprises—so you can actually enjoy your day.

Of course you could ask family, friends, or your celebrant or MC to help… but they also have their job to do. If you’d love peace of mind, expert advice, and a stress-free wedding journey, a coordinator is the best investment.

MC vs Wedding Coordinator...
What's the difference?

MC

When I’m your MC, I’m front and centre, setting the tone, keeping the vibe, liaising with vendors and guiding your guests through
the celebration:

    • Time management & vendor coordination (during the reception): Ensure all reception events happen on schedule, coordinating with vendors as needed — without interrupting the fun
    • Create the vibe & manage the flow: Welcome guests, announce key moments, keep everyone engaged and enjoying themselves and ensure the seamless event

    • Reception planning help: Offer tips, ideas, and guidance to help you shape a reception that reflects your style and feels perfectly suited to you.

    • MC time: Starts 30mins before the wedding party’s entrance, ends 4 hours later or when dancefloor opens. Extra hours available if required

Coordinator

When I’m your Coordinator, my job starts before the wedding day. On the day I’m working in the background, handling all the logistics so the day unfolds perfectly:

  • Full timeline management and plannig help: Create a detailed run sheet, making sure all transitions are smooth, on and before the big day. Tips, ideas, resources.

  • Pre wedding and on the day vendor and venue coordination: Confirm their schedule, requirements, monitor bump in/out, and resolve issues behind the scenes so your day runs effortlessly

  • Handle the details: Organise setup, decor, seating/welcome signs, guest book, polaroids, wedding favours… and have an emergency kit ready for unexpected issues.
  • MC support: MC mentoring and on the day I will remind them the timings, they just need to talk!
  • Coordination time on the day: 6 hours (excluding celebrant time) You choose the start and end time, with extra hours available if required. Additional 2 hours if you book MC+Coordination combo.
